Greek salad (Choriatiki)

The world’s most popular salad!

2 medium tomatoes, washed and chopped

½ cucumber, peeled if wished and sliced

1 onion, sliced in rings

1 green pepper, washed and sliced in rings

olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt and dried oregano

100 g feta cheese, sliced or crumbled

a few olives


Arrange the vegetables on a plate or in a bowl, dot with feta cheese and the olives. Sprinkle on some salt, dried oregano, olive oil and vinegar.
