Feta cheese in filo (Tiri se filo me meli)
1 T olive oil
150 g feta cheese
1 large sheet of filo dough (perhaps left over from another recipe?)
2 T honey
2 T sesame seeds, dry roasted or 1 T poppy seeds
Preheat oven to 180 °C.
Oil a small baking dish with half the olive oil.
Wrap the feta in the dough, as if wrapping a parcel, and place it in the dish. Brush with remaining oil, and bake for 20 minutes until golden brown.
Drizzle with the honey and sprinkle on the seeds. Serve at once.
