250 g dark chocolate, chopped
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
250 g blanched almonds
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place the oil and chocolate in a pan over (not in) boiling water and stir the chocolate until melted. Remove from the heat, add almonds to the chocolate and drop little irregular mounds of the chocolate mixture onto the parchment. Cool.
